Meet our Administrators
Celebration! Childcare teachers and assistants are DCFS qualified, highly experienced and child-centered educators. All staff receive continuing education and are CPR and First Aid certified.
Samantha Cooper-Tuttle

I became the Director of CrossWays Preschool and Celebration! Childcare in 2020. However, I have been with Holy Cross Lutheran Church and the ECM programs, since 2009. I believe the early years are so important for learning and growing. Creating meaningful, positive relationships with each of our students and their families is a rewarding and beneficial experience for both myself and our students. When I’m not working, I spend time with my husband and our children. We are a blended family with six children! We like to watch movies together, play games, and enjoy the outdoors. Our family has three dogs and a bearded dragon. Reading is my favorite thing to do! Whether it is outdoors in a hammock on a summer day or cozied up on the couch during a winter storm, you’ll find me absorbed in my latest read.

Hi! I have been working in the Early Childhood field for many years. I have been an Assistant Director with Celebration! Childcare for over 10 years. I live in Gurnee with my husband and puppy, Sage. My three children are fully grown, living on their own, and starting their own careers. In my free time, I like to travel, exercise, and eat Chicago pizza! I enjoy having the pleasure of getting to know all the students, watching them grow, and seeing their smiling faces every day!

Hello! I have been with Celebration! Childcare and CrossWays Preschool for over 10 years. Throughout my time here, I have worn many hats. I have been an Assistant Teacher, a Lead Teacher, and now an Assistant Director. I love my job! Having the opportunity to be a positive influence in children's lives makes me so happy. I currently reside in Green Oaks with my husband and three children. On days off, you can either find me at the softball field watching one of my daughters play or making ornaments for my small business!
